I bought a 2025 CX-70 Mazda. A review working the first few days is usually a good review for a dealership. So, I waited 2 weeks before doing this review. The sales person, Gilbert Miramontes, was awesome. He heard our needs and worked on satisfying them. He was very personable. Constantly offering us water. I'm of the belief that only price matters, nothing else. I'm a little cold when it comes to car buying. I want the lowest price for the car I want and nothing else matters. All of the dealers told me the price they advertise is the lowest. Gilbert told me he didn't think this dealership would go more than a few $100, but he will see what he can do. Yet, when he returned from a lengthy "talk to the manager" (want to interject, psychology studies show that the longer a salesperson can keep you at a store the higher percentage you will buy anything) he had a price that I could not turn down. I have walked out of so many very very long negotiations because it wasn't favorable. I have been searching since January and knew every used 2025/2926 cars in the make and model that I wanted. I knew prices were not very negotiable. When I recieved the OTD price, I thought they made a mistake. I bought it. I am very happy with the people I met. Only complaint is that when I went to plug in the car, the cord was missing. So was the jack. It's my first plug in, so before buying the car I didn't know to look, where to look or what I was looking for. When I called the dealer to get the cord, they told me I'm out of luck, they aren't going to supply it. They didn't tell me to pound sand, but it's the same end results. My opinion was they should have supplied it, but at the deal I got, I bought a knock-off for less than $200. I would consider going back to buy my next car, just will be a little leary of making sure I check everything. So, I recommend Gilbert and this dealetship.

Buying a car is stressful, and this dealership gave me some frustrations but ultimately a good experience. Before ever stepping into the dealership, I spent many, many hours researching vehicles online and communicating with several employees via email. As a mom of a daughter with special needs, I was intentionally trying to streamline the process and avoid spending 4 or more hours at a dealership. I appreciated being able to start the conversation remotely and hoped that would make the in person visit much more efficient. Unfortunately, my in person visit didn’t go as planned. I had been quoted a specific vehicle, only to arrive and find out it wasn’t even at the dealership yet. That was disappointing, especially since I had made the 1 hour trip specifically to see it. I also test drove a few other vehicles, like one a lot and later received pricing on a different vehicle than the one I had actually told them I wanted. Those communication issues added unnecessary confusion and made the process longer than it needed to be. And just as I was negotiating back and forth on a different model…. The one that I originally went to see miraculously was back on the lot. Weird?!? This left me with an “upsell the model” sales tactic and left me feeling the ick. I’m still leaving 4/5 starts and the reason I’m leaving a positive review is because of Rick. He was professional, patient and worked incredibly hard to earn my business. It was obvious he was juggling three or four customers at once and was spread much too thin, but he never gave up on helping me. He answered my many questions, continued working to find the right vehicle, and ultimately negotiated a deal that I felt good about. After taking my time, comparing several SUVs, and doing a lot of research, I ended up purchasing a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV, and I absolutely love it. Strangely enough, the paperwork I signed shows the car has 4k miles less than it actually has…another weird thing. Overall, Rick’s persistence and willingness to work with me were a big part of why I ultimately chose to hang around for 6 hours and buy from this Countryside Mazda. My only suggestion would be to improve communication and scheduling so customers aren’t quoted unavailable vehicles or accidentally provided pricing on the wrong vehicle. Better coordination would make the buying experience much smoother, especially for customers who do their homework ahead of time. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase, grateful for the deal I received and especially thankful to Rick for sticking with me through the entire process.
I recently bought a 2026 CX-5 and the process was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant to work with. Now I can drive my new car worry free.
Best car dealership buying process I’ve ever had.
The car I wanted was at the Palatine location, but we wanted to stick with Ivan from the Schaumburg location. From test driving to purchasing my car yesterday, Ivan and the Schaumburg Napleton team made the process easy. Ivan took his time to ensure I was connected to the MyMazda app, and went through a lot of the important features. I’m obsessed with my 2026 CX5 Premium Plus SUV.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership thanks to Chris, Bryan and the mechanic (sorry I forgot your name)! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, and generous with their time. They helped in ways I don't think they truly understand and I am so blessed that they were the ones helping me with my maintenance. They were able to walk me through what was wrong with my car and answered all of my questions. Never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Their professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and less stressful. It's clear they truly value their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
