I have never left a negative review before, but this time the situation went far beyond normal service. They were supposed to clean the headliner and seats in my car, but instead all my personal belongings were thrown out: Chicago parking sticker, I-Pass, insurance tag — total losses of $85 ($60 personal items and case, and $25 to renew all stickers). What bothers me most is the wasted time and the complete lack of respect and indifference to the customer. I should go to the office of the city clerk, wait 35 minutes in line, get a certificate that the sticker was lost or stolen, then go to the police station with it where they gave me some certificate/document, and return back to the city clerk again with the certificate/document and pay renewal fees — and now I need to buy all the stuff again. I tried several times to get an explanation and compensation, but instead of a clear answer I only received “we will figure it out” and “we are waiting for the manager.” Two weeks have passed since my request — not a single concrete proposal on how to resolve the issue. I had to spend additional hours restoring everything in city offices and the police, even though it was very simple to avoid this just do not touch personal belongings in the car. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this dealership if you value your time, nerves, and personal belongings.

I came here to test drive a vehicle. Sales rep was really kind and caring. He introduced me to Doug from service on asking clarifying questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and Doug was extremely rude. This alone made me walk away from this dealership. Not knowing the answer is fine but "go on the website and research yourself. I am a service manager; not Google".
Ivan was good in helping, though prices they did not bring down but still feel happy, certain features were not properly defined and explained that's the only glitch I had.
Absolutely terrible dealership. Purchased a brand new 2021 Mazda 3 and after signing the papers I was given a scratched up car. Told the salesman he said they’ll get it fixed. I had to call them for weeks and I was told “call back tomorrow” every time so I called Mazda Corporate and the dealership finally ordered the part only 1 issue out for 3 issues. The other scratched up parts thrown under the rug. So I kept fighting for the other scratches to be fixed and nothing happened, all I got was a disrespectful service manager that told me it wasn’t their fault and they will not do anything to fix it. By the way Mazda Corporate has it all documented with pictures but some how in his head its not the dealerships fault. As a first time new car buyer I expect perfection and not scratches, terrible customer service, and a bad attitude service manager. If you want a brand new car and have it scratched up come to Napleton Schaumburg Mazda. Seriously DO NOT BUY HERE they don’t care about their customers. All they care about is themselves and their money. Only positive thing of the place is the salesman Christian Gillespie. Great guy and kept me comfortable. He wasn’t pushy or anything negative.

I leased a new Mazda SUV for my wife. Patrick, our salesman, and Jon, the sales manager, treated my wife and me with the utmost courtesy and absolutely no pressure. What I appreciated most about my experience was how Patrick and Jon made sure to communicate directly to my wife for whom the car was for. So that was my experience. I would recommend highly that if you visit this dealership hook up with Patrick!!
I bought a Mazda CX-7 from this dealer in December 2014, few months later I started hearing some cracking when making sharp turns which I ignored, and in 2017 Mazda called for a recall to fix the lower arms saying that is very risky to keep driving the car in such a condition, so I took it to dealer for the repairs, few months later the same problem came back and didn’t now how bad the problem is till now when I m trying to sell it, I took the car to the mechanic for the inspection before selling it, and he told me that I’m lucky I’m still alive because the front wheel could detach anytime and it’s loose and he said either the recall was done badly or the damage was already big when they did it, I don’t believe that Mazda could risk the life of the many people driving their cars on roads just like that, it is a big shame. Please for anyone who want to buy a car from Mazda be very careful specially the older cars. The Mazda vin number is JM3ER2W52A0349504

Be careful about this dealership !!!! My 2 year old Mazda 5 has internal wiring corrosion causing battery to drain even when the car is off - they kept my car for 6 weeks - told that I spilled hot chocolate and did all this damage - told me that they fixed it and made me pay $2500 for it (held my car hostage until I gave them cash). Part of the bill was $1900 for labor (diagnostics) - so I was not only responsible for all this damage but also for their incompetence in diagnosing - when I was objecting to this bill the intimidation, yelling and harassment begin
