Gilbert gave me wonderful customer service from the moment I walked in by greeting me and asking how he could help. I had an appointment already scheduled to test drive a car I had in mind. He pulled the car up immediately and gave me an unsolicited apology for the delay since he was still wrapping up with another customer. Finalizing a fair and practical deal was very straight forward with Gilbert and the rest of his team. He took great care explaining all the various features of the car I was purchasing and provided his own examples of how he uses the same features in his car, which were very helpful. Since we had to wait a little to clear the rest of the paperwork, I had a chance to chat with Gilbert who was very friendly and personable even though the dealership was now closing for the night. Even though it was well past closing and he was late to go home to his family, Gilbert made sure I was ready to roll my new car out the lot. Straight forward and friendly sales service from the start and to the very end. I spent more time test driving than doing actual negotiations which is amazing compared to other dealerships.
