We went shopping for a new vehicle for my father. We looked at Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota and Mazda. Our salesman was Michael W. Overall he was nice and informative. I liked him as a salesman, he is a very good guy and helpful. Was pleasant and kind. The best part of this experience was no haggling. I hate wasting time with negotiating. He was one of the few salesman and Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda was one of the few dealerships that cut the "fat" immediately and gave me a bottom line price. We liked the price, it was a clean and fair price. Mike was not pushy and the GM was fair as well. Would I come here again if I was shopping for Mazda, yes I would! I suggest going to Mike W. Very nice, helpful and great guy. George was or Finance Manager (came over from next door) because they were so busy. George was a good man, didn't push too much on warranties and everything. We live about 100 miles north of Schaumburg and a few months ago we happened to be in the area and were kind of sorta looking for a second car. We didn't end up purchasing a car at that time, but were so impressed that when our primary vehicle was totaled we knew right where we were going and drove past several other Mazda dealers to go where we knew we would get good service. Initially we had been thinking about one of the used cars featured on Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda's website, but Adam showed us that a brand new car was not only within reach, but really the better bet. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process painless. In less than 1.5 hours we had ourselves a 2013 Mazda 3 hatchback.
