I wanted to give you folks another positive customer testimony. My 6 is my most favorite car I have ever owned and I have been trying to be careful but sometimes cheap getting it worked on. I was having starter problems recently that my local shop could not handle, and they advised that I go to Napleton's Mazda. And I am SOOOO glad that I did. What I thought was a starter problem was actually a warped flywheel, which was a result of me trying to save money on a clutch job three years earlier. (Lesson- NEVER do major work on your car with an unknown garage.) While the whole thing hit me hard and I didn't want to spend the money at first, I am REALLY glad that I did. The Service department handled me with great care, were very communicative as to what was going on with the car, and fixed other related issues that were discovered during the repair. When I got the car back- it ran like new- even better than new- it was like getting an even hotter car back! I hadn't realized how much I had "wounded" my car trying to pinch pennies over the years, and now Napleton's has me back on course. They are a great group of people and you should not hesitate to do business with them. Five stars!

The service department was very friendly and took care of my problem right away. I thought that the price was a little high ($77) as the repair consisted of replacing the 4 brake light bulbs. When compared to an oil change and the amount of labor involved the oil change is a much better bang for the buck. In spite of this I still was very satisified with the service I received.

we went in just to look at mazda cx9. Larry Mendez greeted us. we told larry what were we intrested in and he showed us the car and let us drive it. Larry was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. he answered all the questions. we ended up buying the car that day. we are very happy with the car. the service was great. thats why i went back to see larry and he helped me again to buy the rack, the cross bars and the ski holder for the car. this is my second car that i bought from napletons mazda in schaumburg. i will always go back to them. the service department is great too. everytime i have to change the oil or do something at the cars i go there. they always care about me as a customer. 5 stars and keep on doing a great job. thank you for everything! Came in to look at a manual mazda 3. Was helped by a salesman named Adam who located the car and brought it to the entrance so that we could drive it. I had done my research on the internet ahead of time and saw the unusually low price on the car which I was told was all of the available incentives already taken off the price of the car. After sitting down with Adam to work out the details on the price we buying the car that day. Adam handled everything very professionaly and even programmed the blue tooth hookup for the cell phone. I don't get what all the fuss is about this dealer. I had been to 2 other Mazda dealers in the area and they had Mazda 3's with a manual transmission advertised but did not have any in their inventory. All in all we got the exact car we were looking for at a fair price.
